• Strict Enforcement: Violation of this policy by uploading publicly accessible adult content will lead to immediate account suspension and potentially permanent removal from the platform.

3. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Transactions: All payments made for content purchases, subscriptions, and tips on MeetUpGram are final and non-refundable. Once funds are loaded to a creator's account through these transaction types, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. This policy protects creators' rights and prevents misuse of the system.
• Marketplace Transactions: Only purchases made through the MeetUpGram Marketplace may qualify for refunds if explicitly specified by MeetUpGram’s customer service team or if a product is undelivered or not as described. Refund requests for marketplace transactions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any refunds issued will be subject to MeetUpGram’s discretion.
• Chargeback Policy: Any unauthorized or disputed transactions must be resolved directly with MeetUpGram support within 7 days of the transaction. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes with payment providers may result in account suspension or further action, as these disrupt platform integrity.

Withdrawal Policy

• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days from the date of the request, though in some cases, withdrawals may be processed sooner. Users should anticipate a 3-day processing window as the standard timeline.
• Early Withdrawals: While MeetUpGram strives to accommodate earlier withdrawals when possible, early processing is not guaranteed. Users are encouraged to plan accordingly based on the 3-day standard.
• Transaction Fees: Withdrawals may incur transaction fees depending on the payment processor and country of withdrawal. These fees are deducted from the total withdrawal amount and cannot be refunded.

Payment Currency and Exchange Rates

• Default Currency: All payments on MeetUpGram are processed in USD as the default currency. For users withdrawing to bank accounts in countries with different currencies, payouts will be converted based on the Google Same Day Exchange Rate on the day the withdrawal is processed.
• Currency Conversion: MeetUpGram does not control or guarantee exchange rates applied by Google or additional fees from local banks or payment processors. Users should check local banking policies regarding currency conversion and fees.
• Cross-Border Payments: Users withdrawing funds to a country outside the U.S. acknowledge potential delays and conversion adjustments based on international banking regulations. All currency exchanges are final once processed and cannot be reversed.

Strict Platform Rules for Financial Security

• One Withdrawal per Week: To maintain platform stability and minimize transaction costs, each user may only submit one withdrawal request per week. Attempting to exceed this limit may result in request denial or account review.
